Conditions

To be able to order at Hot Store, you must be over 18 years old.
These conditions concern exclusively consumers.
The User who wishes to buy on the site, by mail or by phone declares to have full legal capacity.
Any person incapacitated in particular within the meaning of Article 1123 and following of the Civil Code, can in no way buy on the site, by mail, fax or telephone.
The consultation of the offer and the services is then under the responsibility of its legal representative.
This legal representative is bound to respect the present stipulations.
In any case, when transmitting personal data, the legal representative must compile the registration form himself or expressly authorize the person he represents to complete the form, the stipulations relating to personal data as provided Article 9 below, of course, applies.

The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the site.
If a condition were to fail, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are headquartered in Belgium.
We can not be held responsible for any consequences due to typographical errors.
Shipment of parcels can only be carried out in Belgium.

The Quality

Hot store gives the greatest care in the selection of its products.
Every delivery from our suppliers is strictly controlled.
This allows us to assure you the best quality of products.
If, however, an item is defective or if you have a complaint to make, we invite you to contact our customer service who will advise you on what to do.

Legal guarantees

Hot store guarantees the good quality and / or efficiency of the items delivered by Hot Store, according to the indications provided.
Legal warranty rights, which, like any buyer, you may have in certain circumstances apply to these goods.
The signature date indicated on the invoice corresponds to the start date of the guarantee.
You can not claim the guarantee:
– in the case of damage caused intentionally or by negligence
– in case of damage due to misuse or lack of maintenance
– in case of normal wear

In case of unfounded claim, the costs incurred will be at your expense.
If any of the items ordered were defective or if it did not work (or not correctly), you can contact our customer service to request a warranty claim form.
Send us the defective item as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the warranty claim form.
Defective items returned without a warranty claim form, or accompanied by an incomplete warranty claim form, will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.

Personal data
Hot store is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
We save in a file the data that you entrust to us and use it internally and automatically in the framework of a responsible management of our customers (fight against the fraud and usurpations of the customers, management of the litigation, risk analysis of each order based on past behavior of actual and potential customers …), as well as within our organization, such as order processing, customer management, or sending our own commercial offers.
You have of course a right of access and correction to your personal data.
If you no longer wish to receive our offers, please send us a request by mail.

Any order implies acceptance of the terms of delivery and / or payment.
Hot store reserves the right to modify these conditions of delivery and / or payment, nevertheless, the general conditions of sale accepted at the time of the order will be those applied during all the duration of the agreement of sale.
Hot store also reserves the right, if the banks review or modify the calculation of transaction costs, to charge these costs to customers.
